I am totally aware and in complete agreement that each recipe I submit, and each photo taken for the Festival Contest will become sole property of the annual Aloha Festivals’ Poke Contest at Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel. Recipes entered in the contest will not be returned to contestants, and may be used in a fundraising cookbook at a later date; or promotional material to be used by Poke Recipe Contest sponsors at the sole discretion of the Committee. All recipes used in any promotional manner will carry the name of the recipe creator and a photo of the finished poke dish.

I understand that complimentary fish has been donated for use by the first 40 contestants to enter. Free fish is subject to availability, and intended for use in Poke Contest recipes. Entries that do not use the fish received by the contestant may be subject to disqualification. Contestants are requested not to take fish they are unable to use so that we can better assist contestants who do need it.
