It's About Taste!

Aloha Festivals' Poke Contest
Saturday, September 8, 2007
Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel Ballroom

Through the generous donation of local fish companies, and to encourage greater participation, we are offering FREE FISH for your entry!

The first 40 registered contestants will be able to select from the available fish options to receive the required 6 pounds for use in their recipe. This offer is limited to the first 40 contestants only and will be assigned based solely on a first come, first served basis. Until the week before the contest, we will not know the specific fish type available. Contestants may elect to provide their own fish if preferred.

If you don't need the free fish for your recipe (subject to verification by the judges) please leave it for the contestants who do! Mahalo.
